When one sees corrugated clouds study the source and find often that the energy comes from either one or several radars (of course it may come from natural wind too). Plumes are placed at the head of jet-streams airs (to help saturate the air globally) while approaching storms can be moved and altered depending on the amount of ionised particulates (nano-sized sulfates of minerals) within the mass. The discerning factor between wind modification and radar is the mathematical precision of cloud movements under the influence of the radars
