We cannot measure effects of radar on rain, we can measure approx how much is inside a system and how much falls, it is my suspicion that radars do not make rain but rather hinder it.

There are no studies re the above because it is impossible to measure. There are plenty of clouds around now with ‘global dimming’ programs in progress, but no rain!? Are we making a big scientific blunder by not factoring the effects of emitting strong weather radar pulses on the raindrop? Are our clouds showing signs of rigamortis as they dance across our sky, a weakening in the legs? Maybe 450 k watts of energy pulsed at 304 X a second gives them indigestion, or the opposite?
